Fail early, fail fast, Learn and iterate. Totally agree that this is the way that you build a product that delivers value to customers and business stakeholders.

I’ve seen the good results from this approach when it is clearly understood that its predicated on putting out a minimal viable product, fast cycle times and transparency, facilitating learning. Of those, honest transparency is the hardest prerequisite to deliver in most organisation.
